The millimeter-wave dual-polarized slot antenna array comprises an antenna unit layer, a first feed network layer and a second feed network layer which are stacked sequentially; the antenna unit layer comprises a first pre-set number of first slot antenna elements, wherein the first slot antenna element is a cross-shaped slot antenna element of which the four narrow edges are semicircular; the second feed network layer uniformly couples generated second electromagnetic waves to the first feed network layer in an equal-phase manner through the third slot antenna element; and the first feed network layer is used for generating first electromagnetic waves perpendicular to the direction of the second electromagnetic waves, uniformly coupling dual-polarized electromagnetic waves to the antenna unit layer in an equal-phase manner through the second slot antenna element and radiating the dual-polarized electromagnetic waves to a free space through the first slot antenna element.
