Abstract

According to the application, multiple extracting modes are utilized for obtaining a pearl active ingredient, experimental results show that the pearl extract has obvious capability of inhibiting fibroblasts from synthesizing presenilin, and presenilin content is reduced by about 4% compared to control. Extraction of the pearl extract and discovery of inhibiting synthesis of the presenilin provide one effective and valid active addition agent for medicines, cosmetics and health food.
