The double-outlet S-shaped spraying pipe comprises an air feeding and shunting section, wherein an outlet of the air feeding and shunting section is divided into two parts and is a symmetrical structure; the air feeding and shunting section is successively connected with S-shaped circular-torque-shaped rectangular sections, air film cooling rectangular exhaust sections, rectangular converging sections and rectangular expansion sections respectively; the side wall of the inner side of each air film cooling rectangular exhaust section is connection with a cold air chamber; air film holes in dislocation arrangement are formed in a connection wall side between each air film cooling rectangular exhaust section and each cold air chamber. The invention also discloses a control method of the double-outlet S-shaped spraying pipe.
