The invention relates to a cell gene translation process modeling method comprising the steps of: according to experimental data of species, determining whether each gene expresses at each discrete time point; inquiring about genes at each discrete time point, and if genes express, performing initialization; otherwise performing no initialization; obtaining the quantity of initializations in each kind of mRNAs by comparing the copy quantity of mRNAs corresponding to each gene at each time point and the number of mRNAs at the previous time point; calculating the total initialization speed of mRNA molecules; calculating the total extension speed of ribosome molecules on corresponding mRNAs; obtaining the probability of events according to the total initialization speed and the total extension speed; according to the weight of the probability of events, selecting an event randomly; updating the states of various kinds of molecules. The method employs the principle of a completely asymmetric simple exclusion process, takes into consideration the dynamic change of gene expression, enables a translation process to show a time series feature and be closer to the essence of cell development, and is suitable for research of the nature of dynamic development of cells.
