The permanent magnet speed regulation device comprises an outer rotor assembly, an inner rotor assembly, a machine base assembly and a current regulation device assembly; the current regulation device assembly comprises a slide ring, an electric brush, an externally connected variable resistance box, a winding lead and an electric brush lead; the winding lead leads out each phase of current in a coil winding into the slide ring; an inner hole of the slide ring is fixedly connected to a power take-off shaft; the electric brush is installed on a brush frame, and has the effect of converting a motion state of the slide ring into a static state and leading out a current of the slide ring into the externally connected variable resistance box through the electric brush lead, and thus the problem is solved that an existing permanent magnet speed regulation device emits heat due to big slip.
