In each 10 mm length, uniform gradual increment of the diameter of the inner cutter body is 0.1 mm to 0.15 mm. The outer cutter body is in a cylindrical shape whose diameter uniformly gradually increases from the far end of the outer cutter body to the near end of the outer cutter body. The system also comprises an upper support and a lower support. One end of the upper support is connected with an upper handle. One end of the lower support is connected with an electric telescopic rod.
