The system comprises an information acquisition module, an information storage and management module, an information processing module and an intelligent guidance module, wherein the information acquisition module is used for acquiring road-side information of a road-side terminal and vehicle information of a vehicle-mounted information; the information storage and management module is used for storing and managing the road-side information and the vehicle information; the information processing module is used for performing data fusion on the road-side information and the vehicle information which are stored by the information storage and management module; and the intelligent guidance module is used for performing intelligent guidance on the vehicle according to a request of a vehicle and a data fusion result of the information processing module. The system perform analysis and processing on big data through the vehicle information of the vehicle side and the road-side information of the road side which are acquired in real time, thereby better guiding operations of the vehicle, and improving the operating efficiency and safety of a transportation system.
