The solar power generation assembly comprises a silicon substrate, a plurality of grooves, a plurality of first solar battery units, a plurality of second solar battery units, separated first transparent conductive layers, and first reflective material layers, wherein the silicon substrate has a first surface and a second surface which are arranged oppositely; the multiple grooves are formed in the silicon substrate; the multiple first solar battery units are accommodated in the multiple grooves, and the top surfaces of the first solar battery units are flush with the first surface; the multiple second solar battery units are arranged on the first surface, and the second solar battery units and the first solar battery units are arranged in a staggered manner in a transverse direction; the separated first transparent conductive layers are arranged on the first surface, and are connected with a top electrode of each first solar battery unit and a bottom electrode of each second solar battery unit separately so as to form multiple first solar battery packs; and the first reflective material layers are formed on the side walls and the bottom walls of the multiple grooves, and surround the multiple first solar battery units.
