The FPC board, the ultrasonic transducer and the production process thereof and the ultrasound endoscope have the following beneficial effects: by pre-shaping the multiple cables through the grounding pieces, welding efficiency between the circuit board body and the cables of the FPC board is improved; joints of cable bodies are prevented against breakage; joints among the cables and the circuit board body are prevented against breakage; and greater reliability of the FPC board, the ultrasonic transducer and the ultrasound endoscope is ensured.
