The method which comprises: grinding sepiolite, zeolite and coconut shells to form particles; carrying out grinding, boiling and fermentation on watermelon skins, banana peels and seaweeds; mixing nano-carbon, negative ion nano-powder and water, and carrying out water-bath ultrasonic treatment; adding the above obtained first mixture to a fourth mixture, stirring the first mixture and the fourth mixture, adding urea, diammonium phosphate, a calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, potassium chloride, borax, a sulfate fertilizer, grosvenor momordica fruits, plant ash, potassium humate, a rare earth microelement fertilizer, charcoal, diatomiteand activated clay, stirring all above materials at 50 rpm, adding a fifth mixture, and stirring above materials at 80 rmp; and placing the above obtained sixth mixture in a drying device, and drying the six mixture at 100 DEG C until the water content is not more than 10%.
