A control circuit board, a battery, an antenna, a gear motor and an output shaft are arranged inside a controller box body. The battery, the antenna and the gear motor are all connected into the control circuit board and are used for supplying power to the system, achieving signal transmission with a remote terminal and driving the output shaft to rotate so as to adjust the state of the valve separately. The gear motor is in transmission connection with the output shaft through a gear transmission mechanism.
