Abstract

The invention provides a dental implant and a method for preparing a weak-base nanometer surface thereof. The dental implant employs medical titanium or titanium alloy as a base material and a nanotube feature is prepared on the surface of the base material and is uniformly wrapped with magnesium oxide film layers, so that the dental implant provided with the nano-structure biological activity composite surface and characterized by slow degradation and weak base release is obtained. Uniformly independent nanotube oxide layers are formed on the surface of the titanium base material through in situ oxidation, so that the hydrophilia of the surface is improved; through steps of soaking and sintering, the nanotube walls are uniformly wrapped with magnesium oxide film layers. After implantation of the dental implant in an oral cavity, a weak-base local environment can be obtained through slow release of the magnesium oxide film layers, the propagation and spreading of osteoblasts on the surface of the implant can be promoted, alkaline phosphatase activity thereof can be enhanced, the speed of early-period osseointegration of the implant can be increased and the stability and the survival rate of the implant can be increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of dental implant materials, in particular to a method for preparing a weakly alkaline nano surface dental implant. Background technique [0002] During clinical use, medical titanium and its alloys are widely used to refer to dental implants due to their good biocompatibility. However, the biologically inert surface of titanium is difficult to chemically bond with bone tissue, and a fibrous tissue compartment is easily formed at the interface between the implant and the living tissue, causing the implant to loosen, resulting in the failure of titanium dental implant materials. [0003] How to improve the biocompatibility and osseointegration of dental implant materials is the first problem to be solved to improve the success rate of dental implant restoration. Suitable dental implants should not only have mechanical properties close to bone tissue, such as relatively low elastic modulus, corrosion resistance, high s...
