Abstract

The system comprises the following elements in sequential connection: a data acquiring module, a parallel capacitor basic equation constructing and calculating module, a logic information determining module and a result outputting module. The method comprises: constructing a parallel capacitor basic equation in consideration of the running characteristics of the capacitor; solving the equilibrium equation by the symmetrical rotation of the branch parameters and selecting a group with the largest change amount in the initial capacitance value as a positive solution; comparing the calculated capacitance values of three phases with the rated value; and in combination with the parallel capacitor group state repair testing procedure stipulations, introducing external fault criteria to determine whether the a fault occurs to the capacitor or not and outputting the result.
