Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-blocking method of a PAM integrated device. The PAM integrated device comprises a feeder, a water injector and a dissolving tank, wherein PAM is fed to the water injector for premixing by the feeder; and the premixed PAM solution is delivered to the dissolving tank through a pipe by the water injector. The anti-blocking method of the PAM integrated device is characterized by comprising the following steps: starting the water injector, running the water injector for a first set time T1, washing an internal channel and an external water feeding pipe of the water injector, and delivering the water into the dissolving tank; after the water injector runs for the first set time T1, feeding materials into the water injector within a second set time T2 by the feeder under the frequency converting control at a system calculated feeding speed S1; after feeding is finished, continuing running the water injector for third set time T3 to wash the internal channel and the external water feeding pipe of the water injector, and delivering the water into the dissolving tank. By the anti-blocking method of the PAM integrated device, the problems of blockage of the channel and the pipe of the water injector in the premixing process of PAM in the water injector can be reduced effectively.
