Abstract

The gas turbine off-line cleaning method comprises the following steps that it is guaranteed that the turbine outlet temperature is not higher than 66 DEG C, the gas compressor inlet temperature is higher than 10 DEG C, and a gas compressor inlet guide blade is in the fully-opening state; a gas turbine off-line cleaning device is installed, a gas turbine drain outlet and a sewage groove are connected, a cleaning vehicle and a jetting ring are connected, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that a spraying nozzle is smooth; cleanout fluid is prepared and heated to 40 DEG C to 50 DEG C; a gas turbine is driven to rotate at the cleaning rotating speed, and the cleaning vehicle jets the cleanout fluid to clean the gas turbine; the cleaning vehicle is subject to cleaning evacuation, distilled water is added to be heated to 40 DEG C to 50 DEG C, the gas turbine is driven to rotate at the cleaning rotating speed, the distilled water is jetted to rinse the gas turbine, the cleaning and rinsing effects are checked; and the gas turbine is subject to cold running so that it is guaranteed that accumulated water is blown to be dry. By means of the method, the overall off-line cleaning process is safe and reliable in operation, simple and convenient; the manner of crossed cleaning and rinsing through the cleanout fluid and the distilled water is adopted, and therefore the comprehensive cleaning aim is achieved.
