Problems solved by technology

The AOTF imaging spectrometer is an imaging spectrometer using an acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) as a spectroscopic element. However, it is found in the experiment that the spectral characteristics of the AOTF will be affected by the external temperature, which will cause spectral measurement errors.

Embodiment Construction

[0027] Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The description of the exemplary embodiments is for the purpose of illustration only, and in no way limits the invention and its application or usage.

[0028] At present, the imaging spectrometer based on the acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) is widely used in the fields of spectral measurement, hyperspectral remote sensing, etc. The spectral position drifts, causing spectral curve measurement errors. The invention introduces the temperature of the AOTF spectrometer into the calibration result to obtain the spectrum tuning curve, which can reduce the spectrum calibration error introduced by the environmental temperature change, effectively reduce the external field measurement error, and improve the spectral measurement accuracy of the imaging spectrometer.

Abstract

The invention provides a temperature correction method for AOTF imaging spectrometer spectral calibration. The method comprises the steps that S1 a linear light source is selected according to the working band range of an acousto-optic tunable filter AOTF, wherein the wavelength of the linear light source is in the working band range of the AOTF; S2 for each calibration temperature, the ultrasonic drive frequency corresponding to the calibration temperature during a spectral calibration process is acquired; and S3 based on the wavelength of the linear light source, each calibration temperature and the ultrasonic drive frequency corresponding to each calibration temperature, tuning parameters in a tuning curve are fit to acquire a temperature correction tuning curve. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that temperature correction is carried out on a traditional spectral calibration result; the AOTF temperature is introduced into the calibration result spectral tuning curve to reduce spectral calibration errors introduced by the change of the ambient temperature; out-field measurement errors are reduced; and the spectral measurement accuracy of an imaging spectrometer is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of testing and testing, in particular to a temperature correction method for spectral calibration of an AOTF imaging spectrometer. Background technique [0002] The technical background related to the present invention will be described below, but these descriptions do not necessarily constitute the prior art of the present invention. [0003] Quantitative remote sensing is the process of realizing quantitative inversion of optical radiation data collected by remote sensors, and establishing corresponding numerical models for measurement and identification. The development of imaging spectrometers has laid a technical foundation for the establishment of quantitative remote sensing theory. In particular, hyperspectral remote sensing makes comprehensive use of spatial resolution and spectral resolution. The spectral curve of each pixel is obtained, and the image information and spectral information of the tar...
