Abstract

The invention discloses an ecological circulating outside-cage breeding method for cattle. The method comprises (1) breeding cattle on a small mountain outside cages, and enabling the cattle to eat wild Chinese herbal medicines and grass and drink natural water in ravines; (2) cleaning up and massaging the whole body of the cattle by using a bamboo besom for 10-15 min everyday; (3) enabling the cattle to drink 5-8 L of rice wine, beer or rick slurry water every night; (4) playing light music to the cattle when the cattle eats grass everyday; (5) artificially putting 50-80 sparrows, hypargos and / or crested myna above every square kilometers of the breeding field for eating insects on the cattle; (6) enabling the cattle to trotting for 8-12 kilometers within 50-70 min every morning; (7) cutting artemisia annua and pelargonium graveolens into fragments with a length of 3+ / -1 cm and mixing the fragments with quicklime and spreading the obtained mixture into the mountain for killing small insects every 60-90 days; and (8) taking cattle dung, bovine urine and bird droppings as biological fertilizers of the Chinese herbal medicines and the grass.
