Abstract

The invention discloses a special-purpose clamp set for a fiber grating. The clamp set comprises four optical fiber clamps; lower cover plates of two first clamps at both ends are provided with V-shaped grooves for placing an optical fiber; the upper and lower cover plates are attached to each other in a magnetically strengthened mode to control the stability of the optical fiber in the direction parallel to the optical fiber during the grating writing. Upper and lower cover plates of the two second clamps positioned in the middle position are respectively provided with V-shaped grooves for placing of the optical fiber; and the upper and lower cover plates are attached to each other in a magnetically strengthened mode to control the stability of the optical fiber in the direction perpendicular to a phase mask surface. Consequently, through utilization of the two middle second clamps, the optical fiber is controlled not to jitter back and forth relative to a phase mask plate, and through utilization of the two first clamps on the left and right, the optical fiber is controlled not to move leftwards and rightwards so as to raise the clamping stability of the optical fiber in the grating writing process; influences by UV high energy light pressure on the high power fiber grating in a production process are reduced; and the yield rate of the fiber grating is raised.
