Abstract

A main shaft shifting device comprises a power unit, a rotation unit, a variable gear unit, a driving unit, and a linkage unit, which are arranged in a processing head. One rotation shaft of the rotation unit can be transmitted by the power unit. The variable gear unit comprises a sleeve that sleeves on the rotation shaft and can move linearly; a transmission small gear, a transmission large gear, wherein the transmission small gear and the transmission large gear are arranged on the sleeve and interlinked with each other, a driven large gear, and a driven small gear, wherein the driven large gear and the driven small gear sleeve on a main shaft. The driving unit comprises an actuating rod, which is arranged on the rotation shaft and can move linearly. The linkage unit comprises a linkage seat, which is connected to the actuating rod and drives the sleeve to move. By integrating the driving unit to the rotation shaft, the volume of the processing head is reduced, and thus the damage rate of the variable gear unit, the maintenance cost and the use cost are reduced.
