Problems solved by technology

The domestic and foreign research on the stiffness of lining segment joints mainly focuses on different loads, different bolt preloads, different bolt numbers, different cushion thicknesses, and different joint forms. After that, the stiffness of the lining structure can be enhanced by actively increasing the internal force between adjacent segments, and the internal force can be unloaded in the later stage of construction. Therefore, it is urgent to develop an active reinforcement device for the stiffness of the lining structure, which can strengthen the stiffness of the lining structure and its Integrity, protecting the building boundaries of the tunnel structure from encroachment

Abstract

The invention relates to a shield tunnel straight-line segment lining structure stiffness gear transmission type strengthening method. Devices adopted by the method comprises a fixing end (1), a loading end (4), a reinforcing pull rod (3) and a detachable loading wrench (2), wherein the fixing end (1) and the loading end (4) are fixedly connected with an adjacent pipe ring correspondingly. The fixing end (1) and the loading end (4) are connected through the reinforcing pull rod (3). The reinforcing pull rod (3) comprises a fixing end reinforcing pull rod (31), a loading end reinforcing pull rod (33) and a detachable sleeve (32). The detachable sleeve (32) is internally provided with two sections of threads, wherein the two sections of threads are matched with outside threads of the fixing end reinforcing pull rod (31) and the loading end reinforcing pull rod (33) correspondingly. One end of the loading end reinforcing pull rod (33) are provided with outside threads which are matched with the inside threads of the detachable sleeve (32), the other end of the loading end reinforcing pull rod (33) is provided with a loading rack, and the two sides of the loading end reinforcing pull rod (33) are provided with agnail racks.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel engineering, and relates to a gear transmission strengthening method for structural rigidity of a segment segment in a straight section of a shield tunnel. Background technique [0002] Shield tunnel lining is generally assembled by prefabricated segments at the end of the shield. The indirect joints of the segments are divided into longitudinal joints and circumferential joints, and the joints are the weak links of the lining structure. The structural integrity of the adjacent segment of the shield tunnel is mainly maintained by the bolts between the rings. During the construction project, longitudinal deformation will occur due to various reasons, including the vibration load of the trolley, leakage, different geology, different buried depths, and different constructions. Various factors such as different factors, constraint differences, different ground loads, and different surrounding environme...
