Embodiment Construction

[0014] A method for treating cassava dregs added to sheep feed. The specific steps of the preparation method are as follows: (1) add an appropriate amount of α-amylase, glucoamylase and water to the cassava dregs and stir evenly, adjust the pH to 4.6, and set the temperature at 60°C Enzymolysis for 24 hours; (2) Add cellulase after the above double enzymolysis, adjust the optimum pH value to 4.5, and enzymolysis at 45°C for 20 hours; (3) Add urea and Adjust the water content to 50% with an appropriate amount of water, add yeast and mold, stir evenly, and ferment at 30°C for 5 days; (4) Ferment the product after the above double-bacteria fermentation to constant weight at constant temperature.

[0015] Preferably, the dosages of α-amylase and glucoamylase in the step 1 are 2500U / g and 3000U / g respectively.

[0016] Preferably, the substrate concentration of the enzymatic hydrolysis in step 1 is 15%.

[0017] Preferably, in the step 2, the enzyme dosage of cellulase is 120U / g, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method of cassava residues added in sheep feed. According to the processing method of the cassava residues added in the sheep feed, double-enzyme hydrolysis is performed on the cassava residues so that synergistic effects of two enzymes are utilized; moreover, simultaneous addition of the two enzymes is beneficial for transformation of starch to the maximum extent. Coarse fiber is degraded into small-molecular substances which are easy for the animals to digest and absorb, such as monosaccharides, disaccharides, amino acids and so on, by using cellulase. And then, the cassava residues are fermented by using mixed strains of yeasts and mildews so as to produce a large amount of microorganism proteins and other useful metabolites which are rich in nutrition during the biological treatment processes; and thus, the processed cassava residues contain a variety of digestive enzymes and multiple growth promoting factors so that the cassava residues are capable of enhancing disease resistance of the animals, as well as promoting growth and development of the animals. According to the processing method, the cassava residues are utilized as a raw material; and fermentation using mixed bacteria with addition of urea after a series of pretreatments, including enzymatic hydrolysis and the like, is carried out so as to obtain a bacterial protein feed with relatively high bacterial protein content.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of feed, in particular to a method for treating cassava dregs added to sheep feed. Background technique [0002] The article "Development and Utilization of Cassava Residues as Feed Resources" mentioned that cassava residues are the leftover mixture of cassava starch extraction, which are mainly composed of cassava outer skin, inner parenchyma and most toxic cyanogenic glycosides. The ingredients are starch, cellulose and a small amount of protein, and the water content is relatively high, reaching about 70-80%. Some scholars have quantitatively analyzed the nutritional elements in cassava residues. The content of non-nitrogen compounds in cassava residues is as high as 78.7%, and the main components are soluble starch compounds. In addition, cassava residue also contains a variety of trace elements that are beneficial to animal health, such as copper, zinc, manganese, etc. The development of cassava resid...
