Abstract

The invention discloses a single-particle transient effect resistance circuit for an SCR pulse width modulator, which comprises an SCR pulse width modulator with an SCR structure, an RC buffer, a PNP-type triode Q1 and an NPN-type triode Q2. The RC buffer consists of a soft-start capacitor C1, a first resistor R1 and a second resistor R2, wherein R1 and C1 are connected in series between a reference voltage vref of the SCR pulse width modulator and a common ground; after R2 is connected in series with the Q2, they are connected in parallel with the two ends of the C1. The emitting electrode of the PNP-type triode Q1 is connected to the COM terminal of the pulse width modulator; the collecting electrode is connected to the common ground, and the base electrode is connected to the soft-start capacitor C1.
