Abstract

The invention provides a state identification method and device of a hard press plate and electronic equipment. The method comprises: receiving an image, which is collected by a photographing module, of the hard press plate; segmenting the image, which is collected by the photographing module, of the hard press plate on the basis of a GrabCut algorithm to obtain an image used for identifying a state of the hard press plate; screening out an area, which matches data in a sample data histogram, from the image used for identifying the state of the hard press plate, and carrying out binaryzation on the area to obtain a binary image; utilizing a min heap algorithm to obtain positions of upper and lower connection points of switches of the hard press plate according to the binary image; and identifying whether the number of non-zero pixel points at centers of the connection points exceeds a preset threshold value, if yes, determining that the hard press plate is in a closure state, and otherwise, determining that the hard press plate in a disconnection state. The state identification method of the hard press plate of the invention is high in an accuracy rate and good in detection effect, can effectively monitor the state of the hard press plate and save manpower resources, and has a very high application value.
