The frame synchronization device comprises a shifting register, a correlator, a comparator, a tristate control logic unit and a data output module; each system clock of the shifting register moves right the received data with one space to output to the correlator and the data output module; the correlator computes the correlation value of the data from the shifting register and the set frame synchronization code group to the comparator; the comparator judges whether the frame synchronization code group is found according to the received correlation value, and outputs a mark whether the frame synchronization code group is found to the tristate control logic unit; the tristate control logic unit switches between the searching state and the locking state under the burst mode, and performs the switching among the searching state, the checking state and the locking state under the continuous mode; the data output module cleanses the frame data when receiving the frame synchronization locking mark, and outputs the cleansed data and the frame synchronization pulse to a back-side module.
