The outer nozzle comprises a rotational flow chamber with a tangential rotational flow hole. The inner nozzle comprises a conical inner nozzle spray hole which is led into the outer nozzle rotational flow chamber and provided with a downward small opening. An axial through hole is formed in the inner nozzle core. The inner nozzle core comprises an inner nozzle core base which is sleeved with the inner nozzle spray hole, wherein the outer surface of the inner nozzle core body is in a conical shape with a downward small end, and an annular channel is formed between the inner nozzle core base and the inner nozzle spray hole.
