The seedling strengthening agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 45 to 55% of nutrient agent, 8 to 12% of acid regulator, 0.5 to 1.2% of sterilizing and disinfecting agent, and the balance of turfy soil, wherein the nutrient agent is prepared by mixing ammonium sulfate, urea, monopotassium phosphate, potassium humate, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, silicon fertilizer, zinc sulfate, and ammonium ferrous sulfate according to a mass ratio of 1:(0.1 to 0.3):(0.05 to 0.1):(0.2 to 0.4):(0.2 to 0.3):(0.1 to 0.2):(0.02 to 0.06):(0.01 to 0.03); the acid regulator is prepared by mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and natural material with high acid maintaining property; the sterilizing and disinfecting agent is prepared by mixing 10% fubol wettable powder and potassium permanganate according to a mass ratio of 1:(0.2 to 0.7); the natural material with high acid maintaining property is selected from one of straw biomass carbon, expanded vermiculite, and diatomite tailings.
