Abstract

The invention relates to a rapid batch detection method of angiotensin I. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation: obtaining a batch of samples to be detected, obtaining radio-immunologic test tubes with the same number as that of the samples, and labeling the radio-immunologic test tubes; (2) detection: adding a sample processing solution into each radio-immunologic test tube, then adding a sample and a sample value addition solution, evenly mixing to obtain a detection solution; adding the detection solution into a 4-degree coated plate, adding an antibody solution; placing the radio-immunologic test tube containing the detection solution into a thermostat with a temperature of 37 DEG C, placing the 4-degree coated plate in an ice-water bath with a temperature of 0 DEG C; adding the detection solution, which has been subjected to a constant temperature treatment (37 DEG C), into a 37-degree coated plate, making the 4-degree coated plate and the 37-degree coated plate carry out reactions for 1.5 to 2.5 hours at a room temperature; and carrying out subsequent detection according to a conventional method.
