Problems solved by technology

[0003] Existing problems: 1. The water tower is large in size and poor in light transmission, which cannot meet the light requirements for the growth of photosynthetic bacteria, and intermittent manual mixing makes the bacteria unable to fully contact with nutrients, which affects the growth of bacteria, resulting in a longer culture period and bacteria The density is not high; 2. Photosynthetic bacteria culture bags can effectively overcome the shortcomings of photosynthetic bacteria cultured in water towers, but there are problems of inconvenient operation, troublesome filling, inconvenient use, easy damage and waste; 3. Transparent plastic oil pot Good sealing, strong light transmission, very suitable for the cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria, and the cultivation effect is the best
However, the largest transparent plastic oil pots on the market are only 25L. Due to the material, pressure and cost of transparent plastic oil pots, oil pots with larger specifications are not suitable for production.
Medium-scale farms often have to fill hundreds of barrels of oil pots at a time for photosynthetic bacteria cultivation, and rely on manual shaking pots to stir regularly, which consumes a lot of manpower and is labor-intensive

Abstract

The invention relates to an efficient culture method of photosynthetic bacteria. The method comprises the following steps: inoculating photosynthetic bacteria in a wide-mouth culture container, wherein the inoculated fresh culture liquid accounts for 10-20% of the total volume of the culture liquid; arranging a plurality of wave generators in the bottom of the wide-mouth culture container; covering the surface of a liquid culture medium with a preservation film to reduce air dissolved in; covering the opening of the wide-mouth culture container with the preservation film and winding and sealing the wide-mouth culture container; and starting the wave generators and performing culture for 3-5 days in a normal illumination condition at 20-30 DEG C. By culturing the photosynthetic bacteria by adopting the wide-mouth culture container, the preservation film is good in sealing effect and high in transmissivity. By combining the wave generators, the cultured photosynthetic bacteria are fully and uniformly lighted, so that the growth speed of the bacteria is favorably increased, the bacterial culture period is shortened, the single culture volume is large, tedious filling is avoided, manual stirring is avoided, and anaerobic culture is ensured. The method is convenient to operate and the labor intensity is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of photosynthetic bacteria cultivation, in particular to a high-efficiency cultivation method of photosynthetic bacteria. Background technique [0002] Microecological preparations are currently widely used in fish, shrimp and crab aquaculture water environment regulation, commonly used species include EM bacteria, Bacillus, lactic acid bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria. In order to save costs, most farmers usually cultivate different types of microecological preparations at the mouth of the breeding pond. Among them, because photosynthetic bacteria cultivation requires an anaerobic environment, farmers usually use water towers, photosynthetic bacteria culture bags (plastic bags tied for cultivation) and transparent plastic oil pots for intermittent stirring (shaking) cultivation at pond mouths. [0003] Existing problems: 1. The water tower is large in size and poor in light transmission, which cannot m...
