Embodiment 1

[0033] The establishment of the near-infrared qualitative identification method of embodiment 1 gardenia quality

[0034] 1. Collection of samples: Gardenia jasminoides processed products were collected from the market, all of which were identified by the deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Drug Control Institute, Lin Jinfeng, a Chinese pharmacist, and they were all dried and mature fruits of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, a Rubiaceae plant. There are a total of 101 batches of gardenia processed products, including 26 batches of raw products, 25 batches of fried products, 25 batches of burnt products and 25 batches of charcoal products. Samples were purchased from Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Shenzhen and other places, and the places of origin include Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hubei, Sichuan, Shandong, Guangxi, Hunan and other places.

[0035] 2. Optimizing processed products of gardenia jasminoides: based on empirical identification, using Delphi method,...

Embodiment 2

[0051] The verification of the near-infrared qualitative identification method of embodiment 2 gardenia quality

[0052] Using the near-infrared qualitative identification model, the remaining 4 batches of gardenia products (S23-S26), 3 batches of fried products (C22-C24), and 3 batches of burnt products (J21-J23) that were not used for modeling and met the standards ), 3 batches of charcoal products (T21~T23), 1 batch of roasted gardenia products (C25), 2 batches of burnt products (J24, J25), 2 batches of charcoal products (T24, T25) and counterfeit gardenia products with low scores (W1) was verified, and the identification results are shown in Table 4.

Abstract

The invention discloses a near infrared spectrum analyzing method for identifying fructus gardeniae quality. The near infrared spectrum analyzing method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting samples, screening quality and collecting spectrum data; S2, determining a characteristic spectrum section: removing fructus gardeniae humiture and sample water content effects, primarily determining a modeling range, analyzing the primarily-determined modeling range in a respective or combined mode and determining the characteristic spectrum section; S3, establishing a qualitative identification model: in a characteristic spectrum section range, choosing an appropriate different processed product group threshold range and establishing a near infrared qualitative identification model of the fructus gardeniae quality; S4, verifying the models; S5, identifying unknown samples. According to the analyzing method disclosed by the invention, the near infrared analyzing method is utilized to establish a fructus gardeniae quality qualitative identification model to objectively evaluate the fructus gardeniae quality for the first time. Compared with traditional experience identification, the analyzing method can evaluate quality of traditional Chinese medicine simply, quickly, objectively, quantitatively and digitally. The analyzing method disclosed by the invention provides a novel identification method for evaluating the fructus gardeniae quality and provides scientific basis for supervising quality of fructus gardeniae processed products on market.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicinal material detection. More specifically, it relates to a near-infrared spectroscopic analysis method for identifying the quality of Gardenia jasminoides. Background technique [0002] Gardenia is the dry and mature fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, a Rubiaceae plant, mainly produced in Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hunan, Fujian and other places. This taste is bitter and cold, has the functions of clearing heat and purging fire, cooling blood and detoxifying, and is clinically used for febrile diseases, jaundice with damp heat, stranguria with damp heat, sores and swelling. Gardenia mainly contains ring dilute ether compounds, diterpene pigments, organic acids, etc., which have the functions of protecting the liver, promoting choleresis, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-pathogenic microorganisms, anti-tumor, and sedative. [0003] Gardenia raw products have strong heat-clearing and fire-clearing pow...
