Problems solved by technology

[0006] However, the dyeing rate and fixation rate of tea dyes are not high, and the color fastness is poor. Although the use of mordants can be significantly improved, the dyeing time is long, and the mordants are mainly metal compounds, which are easy to pollute the environment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for dyeing a fabric with a tea / mint-based dyeing solution. The method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing green tea and mint so as to obtain green tea powder and mint powder; 2) mixing the green tea powder, the mint powder and an acetic acid solution, boiling the dyeing solution, filtering off tea dregs from the dyeing solution, and concentrating the filtered dyeing solution so as to obtain primary filtrate; 3) under an ultrasonic condition, adding sodium chloride, treating the primary filtrate, cooling, and filtering so as to obtain secondary filtrate; 4) soaking a fabric to be dyed into water; 5) putting the dyed fabric into the secondary filtrate of the step (4), performing boiling dyeing, and at the same time stirring continuously; 6) performing roll compacting on the boiled and dyed fabric; 7) sequentially repeating steps (5) and (6); and 8) taking out the dyed fabric, and washing the dyed fabric with clean water. The method has the advantages of being high in dyeing rate, high in color fixation rate and good in environmental-friendliness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of dyes, in particular to a method for dyeing fabrics with tea / mint-based dye liquor. Background technique [0002] Natural dyes, especially plant dyes, are mostly non-toxic and harmless, biodegradable, and have good compatibility with the ecological environment. The dyed fabric has natural color and fragrance, giving people psychological and physical comfort. As a kind of natural dye, tea dye has the effect of natural environmental protection and returning to nature. [0003] Tea dyeing is a kind of plant dyeing process. Tea dyeing and plant dyeing are a life art. However, in recent years, the trend of advocating natural life has risen, and the colors dyed by plants are still natural and attractive. Plant dyes do have a unique charm. In addition to their natural color, the finished product also contains the calm, soft, and stable temperament of plants. People wearing plant-dyed clothes exude the fragranc...
