The chicken manure disposal system utilizing new energy is provided with a support, a flat plate collector, a ventilationpipe, a draught fan, a conveying belt, an air outlet, a delivery caterpillar band and a pelleter, wherein the flat plate collector is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the support; the ventilationpipe is arranged at the bottom of the flat plate collector, the upper end of the flat plate collector can absorb heat of solar energy, and the lower end of the flat plate collector can dissipate heatso as to heat air in the ventilation pipe; the draught fan is arranged at the air inlet end of the ventilation pipe; the conveying belt is arranged in the position, below the flat plate collector, ofthe support and used for conveying chicken manure; the air exhaust end of the ventilation pipe is bent downwards to face the conveying belt; the air outlet is fixedly connected with the air exhaust end of the ventilation pipe; the delivery caterpillar band is arranged on the side face of the conveying belt and can convey the chicken manure onto the conveying belt; and the pelleter is arranged atthe tail end of the conveying belt and used for pelleting the chicken manure conveyed by the conveying belt.
