Abstract

The invention provides mischmetal-iron-based permanent magnetic material, a preparation method for the same and an application of the same. The mischmetal-iron-based permanent magnetic material is prepared by rare earth extraction intermediate product. A principal phase of the mischmetal-iron-based permanent magnetic material has an R2Fe14B phase structure. The permanent magnetic material does notcontain C2Fe2 phase and a general chemical formula is MM2+xFe14-yBz, wherein R represents rare earth elements, MM represents mixed mischmetal, a range of x that x is more than or equal to 0.0 and less than or equal to 1.0; a range of y is that y is more than or equal to 0.0 and less than or equal to 3.0; and a range of z is that z is more than or equal to 1.0 and less than or equal to 1.3. The rare earth extraction intermediate product is mischmetal alloy extracted from light rare earth mine, the mischmetal alloy containing impurities and having a natural element proportion, during the rare earth extraction; an intrinsic coercive force of the permanent material Hcj is more than or equal to 4kOe, residual magnetism Br is more than or equal to 6kGs; and a maximum magnetic energy product (BH)max is more than or equal to 5MGOe.
