Abstract

The invention provides a room streetscape pricing method based on oblique photography and a building information model (BIM) and belongs to the field of construction engineering technology. Accordingto the method, first, BIM software is utilized to establish a fine model of a target building, and an oblique photography measurement technology is utilized to establish a surrounding environmental model of the target building; second, the BIM and an oblique photography measurement model are subjected to model space matching, and a virtual reality scene capable of being experienced is formed; andlast, a room streetscape willingness-to-pay evaluation method based on virtual experience is proposed. Taking a six-floor residential building as an example, a room streetscape virtual experience andpricing process is displayed, and the usability of the method is proved. The method provides a new technical means for pricing of a room streetscape at a pre-sale stage in a real estate project.
