The automatic charging cover flip device comprises a charging instruction transmitting unit, a receiving unit, a control unit and a driving unit, wherein the charging instruction transmitting unit is used for transmitting a charging instruction to a charging robot after the electric automobile enters a parking space of a charging network, the charging instruction comprises vehicle identity information of the electric automobile, the receiving unit receives a cover opening instruction transmitted by the charging robot within the charging network, the opening instruction comprises vehicle identity information of the electric automobile to be charged by the charging robot, the controlunit is used for identifying whether the cover opening instruction is matched with the charging instruction or not, an opening instruction is transmitted when the cover opening instruction is matchedwith the charging instruction, and the driving unit responds to the opening instruction and drives a rotating shaft of a charging cover to rotate and open an outer cover plate of the charging cover.
