Problems solved by technology

However, since most of these methods use visual or simple detection equipment, the sensitivity is still relatively low. Only by improving the sensitivity and adding pretreatment steps for enrichment and purification can it be suitable for the rapid screening of Salmonella in food samples with complex matrices.
[0004] From the above analysis, it can be seen that most of the current detection methods of pathogenic bacteria divide enrichment isolation-detection-test inactivation into three steps, which have many steps and take a long time, and most of the current reports on the analysis time only involve the detection of this method. However, the time required for the entire analysis process from sample processing to sample inactivation is not less than 2 hours, and if the enrichment process is required, it will not be less than 10 hours, and the detection sensitivity of existing pathogen detection methods still needs to be improved

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapid detection of Salmonella typhimurium based on the photothermal effect of an immunomagnetic nanomaterial. According to the method, a standard curve for the values of temperature rises and the numbers of Salmonella typhimurium is established by using the photothermal effect of an immunomagnetic nanomaterial, and the value of the temperature rise of a samplecan be substituted into the standard curve so as to obtain the number of Salmonella typhimurium in the sample; and the three links consisting of enrichment and separation, detection and sample inactivation are effectively integrated by using the magnetic and photothermal effect of the immunomagnetic nanomaterial. The method provided by the invention is sensitive, safe, rapid, portable and cheap; experimental results verify that the method has a minimal detection limit of 300 bacteria and the temperature rise value delta T is linearly related to the Salmonella typhimurium number in a range of 300-1000; therefore, the method provided by the invention has good practical application prospects and can be applied to actual rapid detection of Salmonella typhimurium.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of immune detection, in particular to a rapid detection method for Salmonella typhimurium based on the photothermal effect of immunomagnetic nanomaterials. Background technique [0002] The food safety problem caused by food-borne pathogens has always been a global problem that the World Health Organization and governments attach great importance to, and it is also one of the core and difficult points of food safety management and control. Salmonellosis is one of the important zoonotic diseases, and its pathogen Salmonella belongs to Enterobacteriaceae, which can cause food poisoning. [0003] The current detection methods for Salmonella generally require a multiplication step to increase the detectable rate of the pathogen, which is time-consuming and laborious. It takes 4 to 7 days to complete, and it is impossible to timely and quickly evaluate the content of Salmonella in food. At present, the immunolog...
