According to the aluminum scrap regeneration smelting device, two impellers are applied into a stirring device inside a molten aluminum holding furnace, and air supply holes are formed between the two impellers; when the upper impeller and the lower impeller rotate in the same direction, negative pressure is generated betweenthe two impellers, and gas is promoted to be blended in molten aluminum; and when the two impellers rotate reversely, bubbles are dispersed into the whole molten aluminum better. Further, the size anddispersion degree of the bubbles in the molten aluminum can be adjusted by regulating the rotating speed of a motor and the reverse rotating time of the two impellers, and accordingly, impurity elements in the molten aluminum can be better removed.
