A partition plate is connected to each rotating shaft in a sleeving manner. Transmission gears are fixedly connected to the positions of the tips of the same ends of every two corresponding rotating shafts in a sleeving manner. A direction changing gear used for changing the direction is arranged between every two adjacent transmission gears. Every two adjacent rotating shafts can rotate inthe same direction through the direction changing gears. All the partition plates are made to rotate in the same direction and make contact with one another by rotating any rotating shaft so that theair inlet can be completely covered and the sealing state can be achieved.
