Abstract

The invention discloses a force sensor array which is characterized by comprising the components of a circuit board, a plurality of air pressure sensors which are arranged on the circuit board, and anenergy absorbing film layer which covers the air nozzle of each air pressure sensor. The energy absorbing film layer has certain elastic deforming capability and can convert impact kinetic energy tothermal energy. According to the force sensor array, through arranging the structures of the energy absorbing film layer and the circuit board, when slow pressure application is performed, the energyabsorbing film layer is solid and pressure is transferred. In a force bearing time period, different air pressure sensors bear different pressures. Spatial distribution of the bearing force can be displayed through acquiring the pressure which is fed back by each air pressure sensor by the circuit board. When an impact burst force is applied to the energy absorbing film layer, the energy absorbingfilm layer converts the kinetic energy to heat energy for being radiated, thereby buffering impact. More than 95% of impact energy can be absorbed, thereby improving explosion bearing capability of the whole array. The force sensor array further has advantages of high convenience in realization and high cost performance.
