Present protective recorder hardware architecture cannot meet present recording capacity and downloading speed requirements. The RapidIO bus-based protective recorder comprises a power strip, an FC daughter card, a data management board and a data storage unit, wherein the data management board comprises a CPU processor, FPGA programmable logic and high-speed bus interface; the data storage unit adopts FPGA and plugged-in 8-channel NAND FLASH array scheme; and the data storage unit and the data management board are connected through theRapidIO bus. According to the invention, capacity of the storage unit is greatly increased, recording rate of flight data is effectively raised, and the requirement on big data record in the avionicsfield is met.
