The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing 0-40 parts of the absolute ethyl alcoholand 20-80 parts of the distilled water and putting into a beaker, weighing 10-40 parts of the sucrose and adding into the beaker, and stirring until the mixed liquid is completely dissolved so as toobtain saccharose liquid; adding 0.2 part of the edible pigment, and evenly mixing to obtain the edible jet printing ink.
