Abstract

The invention discloses a method of manufacturing edible spray printing ink through a natural pigment. The method takes an edible dragon fruit as a main raw material; a preparation technology is simple; preparation raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain; the spray printing ink is excellent in printability and nontoxic; the manufactured spray printing ink is high in tinting strength and dryingrate, smooth to deliver, and easy to clean, and does not block an ink nozzle; the raw materials adopted by the method and water have very good compatibility; volatile media such as an alcohol solutionand the water are adopted, so that the prepared printing ink can be dried naturally on a printed material; arabic gum is adopted, so that a binding force between the spray printing ink and a printingmaterial can be increased; the fastness of an ink layer is improved; the printing ink on the spray printing material is not easily rubbed off after drying and has excellent wear resistance; with theadoption of table salt and white vinegar, an effect of reducing surface tension of the ink is exerted; the ink is more easily ejected; at the same time, the viscosity is also reduced; and the method solves the problem of blocking of the nozzle due to sediment of ingredients of the existing printing ink.
