According to the method, the crack expanding is effectively slowed down or prevented, and structural stability is enhanced. Crack distribution is wholly detected, the non-structural longitudinal cracksare screened out and reinforced, surrounding rocks and anchor rods are adopted for double reinforcement, surrounding rock reinforcement adopts self-propelled hollow grouting anchor rods, integrates drilling, hole cleaning and grouting and guarantees minimum disturbance to the cracks, concrete at orifices of the crack bolting holes is removed, then screeding is performed on cement mortar, and anchor rod base plates are stressed uniformly; meanwhile, the anchor rods at the cracks are in straddled alternate distribution to isolate the development direction of the cracks, the cracks are effectively prevented and reinforced, structural stress is enhanced, and concrete of a lining structure is effectively prevented from falling off.
