Abstract

A novel graphene-based gas sensor is provided. A composite graphene layer is formed. One side of the composite graphene layer, which is in contact with a metal layer, is provided with a tin oxide particle layer, and the other side of the composite graphene layer, which is not in contact with the metal layer, is provided with gold nanometer particles.
