By adopting double-ellipse and middle-arc-transition design on a blade body moulding surface of a pre-forged piece, the shape of a blade body of the pre-forged piece is similar to that of a blade body moulding surface of a finished forged piece, and the flow resistance of a metal material in a mould cavity isreduced in the finish-forging process, so that the fullness of the finish-forging mould cavity is facilitated, and the blade size can be ensured. The contact area between the surface of the pre-forgedpiece and the surface of the mould cavity is small, so that the situation that temperature reduction of the pre-forged piece is too fast is avoided, the forging temperature is ensured, the metal flowresistance is reduced, the pull damage to the moulding surface of a finish-forging mould can be avoided, the blade surface quality is improved and the life of the finish-forging mould is prolonged. Astable forging temperature has a certain function on the improvement of a metallurgy structure of the forged piece.
