Abstract

The invention provides an organic bacterial fertilizer for artificial planting of dendrobe and a preparation method of same. The organic bacterial fertilizer comprises endophytic fungi bacterial liquid for promoting growth of dendrobe and peat soil, wherein the bacterial liquid is an Epulorhiza bacterial strain having a growth promoting function. The preparation method includes the steps of: inoculating the bacterial strain to liquid PDA and performing shake-cultivation for 10 days, mixing the peat soil with the liquid PDA according to the ratio of 2:1, performing sterilization and mixing thematerials with the bacterial liquid to obtain a mixture which is the simple bacterial fertilizer. The bacterial fertilizer is an organic fertilizer which is environment-friendly, can promote splittingof root system of dendrobe and promote absorption of water and nutrients, can further improve growth of the dendrobe and increase effective stem number of a dendrobe plant, can increase yield, and has significant application value.
