The stewing comprises thefollowing steps: mixing the mung beans, the cowpeas and the kidney beans, adding water into the mixture, and conducting boiling; adding the rice and the sorghum rice into a boiled liquid, and keepingboiling for 10 to 35 minutes; adding the millet powder, the corn steep liquor and the honey into the obtained boiled liquid, and keeping boiling for 5 to 15 minutes; and adding the jujubes and crushedpeanuts into a newly boiled liquid so as to obtain the agricultural-fruit nutritious porridge.
