The components of the scalp caring composition are mild and not irritating, scalp and hair follicles can be effectively relieved while the scalp is mildly cleaned, and the problems of scalp irritation, heavy load and excessive deposition caused by traditional hair cleaning are solved. Water-soluble oil and water-based macromolecular film forming agents contained in the scalp caring composition can form protection layers on the scalp effectively, irritation to the scalp and excessive deposition of harmful substances (such as macromolecular silicone oil and the like) or irritation of the outside environment to the scalp can be prevented during hair cleaning, and the irritation of the product is substantially reduced.
