The method for recycling the high-salt wastewater comprises the following steps of: performing evaporation and concentration on the high-salt wastewater, controlling the mass ratio of NaCl to Na2SO4 in to-be-evaporated mother liquor to be not less than 7 during evaporation so as to obtain crystal mush and distilled water after concentration; performing solid-liquid separation on the crystal mush to obtain a NaCl crystal and first mother liquor; cooling the first mother liquor through heat exchange, and performing freeze crystallization to obtain second mother liquor; and performing solid-liquid separation on the second mother liquor to obtain a Na2SO4.10H2O crystal; the system for recycling the high-salt wastewater includes a first heat recovery device, an evaporation crystallization device, a first solid-liquid separation device, a second heat recovery device, a freeze crystallization device and a second solid-liquid separation device.
