The service bearer system comprises an SDN controller, a service bearer network, a mobile service access network and a fixed broadband service access network, wherein the SDN controller is configured to acquire network topologies of the service bearer network, the mobile serviceaccess network and the fixed broadband service access network, to acquire service establishment information, to determine a first path, a second path and a third path when a service is determined asa fixed broadband service according to the service establishment information, and to determine a fourth path, a fifth path and a sixth path when a service is determined as a mobile service according to the service establishment information.
