The WDM-PON system comprises a local side, a remote node, a distributed optical network and multiple wavelength-adjustable colour light modules at a user side; the remote node comprises a seed light source regeneration module, a WSS-1, a WSS-2 and N optical couplers; the seed light source regeneration module realizes regeneration of the seed light source by filtering; the regenerated seed light source and multiplexed downlink light signals are separately sent to the WSS-1 and the WSS-2; routing of the regenerated seed light source and the downlink light signals is realized; downlink light signals output by the WSS-1 and the WSS-2 are coupled one by one through theoptical couplers, and sent to the distributed optical network; and the multiple colour light modules at the user side receive the downlink light signals, and modulate uplink signals onto the regenerated seed light source.
